Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage and oversee all inventory processes for our organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory management, strong proficiency with Tally or other relevant systems, and a proven track record of handling stock operations, audits, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Operations:

• Oversee all inbound and outbound inventory processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement of materials.

• Prepare and validate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials.

• Record material consumption and generate periodic consumption reports based on actual movement.

• Create, manage, and label bin locations for effective inventory organization.

System & Data Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records in Tally or relevant inventory systems, ensuring alignment with physical stock at all times.

• Create, review, and monitor stock entries, stock transfers, and adjustments.

• Keep system entries up-to-date with actual inventory data.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

• Conduct regular stock audits, including cycle counts and full physical audits, and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Generate detailed reports for management to track inventory performance and assist in planning reorders.

Excel & Reporting Skills:

• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, etc.) to analyze and present inventory data.

• Automate and maintain tracking sheets for better inventory management and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3–5 years in inventory control, preferably in heavy machinery, equipment, or industrial spare parts.

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and other related inventory software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

• Coordination Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Additional Skills: Experience in bin location management and warehouse layout structuring is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

• Preferred Experience: Experience in a heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipment environment. Familiarity with UAE logistics practices and documentation.
