Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Inventory Control Specialist to optimize our supply chain efficiency through effective inventory management and strategic collaboration. In this role, you will analyze inventory data, generate reports, and work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, reduce stockouts, and control carrying costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory trends and performance, generating reports that support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with procurement and production departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Place timely orders with suppliers to avoid shortages while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.

• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures such as audits, cycle counts, and replenishment strategies.

• Track and manage inventory using advanced inventory management software, ensuring data accuracy and reducing discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth inventory flow and timely delivery.

• Propose improvements in inventory processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with experience in multi-department coordination.

• Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, replenishment planning, and stock audits.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and inventory needs.
