Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled International Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of industrial equipment, spare parts, and chemical raw materials. This is a strategic, hands-on role that involves direct supplier engagement, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and active participation in global procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the international procurement process for industrial and chemical products.

• Develop and manage supply chains from scratch, optimizing cost, time, and compliance.

• Negotiate with global manufacturers and distributors to secure favorable terms.

• Coordinate logistics operations, monitor documentation, and manage payment flows.

• Build supplier relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Represent INIX Group at trade fairs, exhibitions, and global business meetings.

• Prepare detailed procurement proposals, reports, and executive presentations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and executive teams.

• Travel internationally for supplier visits and strategic business engagements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international procurement.

• Strong network of suppliers, especially in Europe and the U.S.

• Solid understanding of industrial equipment and chemical supply chains.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or above); additional languages are a plus.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Ability to build procurement workflows and optimize logistics.

• Familiarity with UAE, India, South Africa, and Pakistan markets is a plus.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
