Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality football coaching sessions to players of varied abilities.

• Implement City Football Group’s coaching philosophies and methodologies in all sessions.

• Assist lead staff in preparation, delivery, and review of coaching programs.

• Provide input for program improvement and maintain high delivery standards.

• Support City Football Middle East initiatives and regional activities.

• Uphold professional conduct on and off the field at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum UEFA C License and FA membership or equivalent.

• Background in sports coaching or teaching.

• Completion of safeguarding training (e.g. FA Safeguarding Children Workshop).

• Proven experience coaching diverse groups of players.

• Ability to develop and implement a structured coaching syllabus.

• Knowledge of the four-corner model of player development.

• Prior experience in a professional football club or sporting organization.

• Willingness to travel for international assignments.

• Ability to evaluate and enhance coaching programs.

• Experience working in a school environment.
