Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions using City Football Group’s methodology and principles.

• Support lead coaches during all phases of session delivery.

• Contribute to session review and continuous program improvement.

• Assist with local and regional football activations in coordination with the Middle East office.

• Maintain professional conduct on and off the pitch, reflecting Manchester City’s brand and values.

• Represent the club positively during coaching, community, and promotional engagements.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Minimum UEFA C License (or international equivalent).

• Active member of a recognized Football Association.

• Educational background in sports coaching or teaching.

• Experience coaching in diverse football environments.

• Knowledge of the four-corner model and player development.

• Proven ability to design, deliver, and assess training sessions.

• Availability to travel for club or regional events.

• Safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Prior experience with professional football organizations or clubs.

Desirable:

• Experience working in school environments.

• Familiarity with global football development programs.
