A premium European manufacturer in the luxury kitchens and furniture industry is seeking a British national with a proven track record in international business development across the GCC, MENA, Asia, and Africa. Based in Dubai, this pivotal role offers the chance to represent a globally respected brand while driving expansion across new and existing markets.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor and partner networks across MENA, Asia, and Africa

• Drive revenue growth while optimizing margins and market share

• Engage with architects, designers, developers, and consultants to specify and promote the brand

• Collaborate with global headquarters in Germany and local Middle East teams

• Implement proposals and marketing strategies that align with global brand identity

• Conduct training sessions, maintain CRM systems, and deliver performance reports

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: British (Essential)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field

• Experience: 3–5 years in business development within luxury kitchens, furniture, interiors, or building materials

• Industry Background: Multinational or high-end brand preferred

• Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

• Travel: Open to regional and international travel

• Location: Currently based in Dubai or open to immediate relocation

• Language: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

• Availability: Immediately available or within 1-month notice
