Job Title: Internal Auditor & Cost Accountant
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor & Cost Accountant to support financial operations, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliance within our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in auditing, financial analysis, and costing, along with hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1).
This dual-role position requires a professional capable of managing internal audit processes while also overseeing inventory costing, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
Audit Responsibilities:

Define internal audit scope, develop annual plans, and prepare monthly audit reports

Execute full audit cycles, including risk assessment, control analysis, and regulatory compliance

Perform transaction and system reviews to validate the effectiveness of internal controls

Evaluate financial documents, reports, and data for accuracy and integrity

Identify control gaps and recommend risk mitigation and cost-saving strategies

Provide independent and objective advice to support organizational goals

Stay updated on sector-specific rules, regulations, and audit best practices

Coordinate both internal and external audit activities
Accounting & Costing Responsibilities:

Review inventory costing and maintain accurate cost records
-
Set up and coordinate selling prices in collaboration with management
-
Analyze design changes, material costs, and processes to evaluate cost impact
-
Prepare monthly cost variance reports comparing standard vs actual costs
-
Monitor production costs at the factory level, including yields, labor ratios, and BOM adherence
-
Deliver detailed reports on cost drivers, profitability, and pricing strategies
-
Manage month-end cost closing procedures and support overall account closing
-
Lead stock counts and inventory adjustments
-
Ensure office cash management, payment authorization, and financial documentation security

Manage supplier payments, invoice validation, and ERP compliance
-
Develop annual operational budgets and monitor fund allocation
-
Maintain and post financial records in the accounting system

Ensure backup, organization, and security of all financial data
-
Safeguard company assets and prepare monthly bank reconciliations

Assist in external audits by providing documentation and resolving audit queries

Execute daily financial operations in line with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
Professional certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Prior experience in auditing is mandatory

Strong knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1); technical SAP knowledge is a plus

Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, ledger management, and reporting

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
