This internship is perfect for university students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and want to gain hands-on experience in a global luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional HR support by greeting colleagues, managing HR queries, and maintaining confidentiality.

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including induction programs for new hires.

• Maintain and update HR records in HRMS (Oracle) and ensure all documentation is accurately filed.

• Support HR administrative operations and assist in planning colleague engagement events.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security regulations.

• Participate in special HR projects and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.

• Take responsibility for personal learning and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
