As an HR Intern, you’ll support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and HR operations, contributing to a dynamic and people-focused culture in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and welcoming support to candidates and colleagues during all HR interactions

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and training sessions

• Answer basic HR-related queries using internal policies and systems

• Support wellness, recognition, and communication initiatives

• Manage HR administrative tasks including reports, recordkeeping, and data entry

• Ensure confidentiality and uphold professional standards across all interactions

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, or a related field

• Prior internship experience in a luxury or 5-star environment is a plus

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

• Available to start in August
