Job Title: Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will support project execution across retail, commercial, and residential spaces, ensuring seamless coordination, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Project Planning: Support the Project Manager in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
🔹 Team Coordination: Act as the communication hub between designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
🔹 Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in tracking project costs, verifying invoices, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout.
🔹 Quality & Risk Management: Monitor site activities to uphold quality standards and mitigate risks effectively.
🔹 Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project clarity and alignment.
🔹 Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, flag delays or issues, and contribute to status reports.
🔹 Change Management: Document and evaluate changes in project scope, timelines, and cost implications.
🔹 Project Close-Out: Facilitate handover processes, final inspections, and post-completion feedback.
Required Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination, preferably within the UAE.

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Strong multitasking, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
