Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Interior Designer Supervisor to join our dynamic design team. This site-based role requires a proactive leader who can oversee multiple interior design projects, guide a team of designers, and ensure execution aligns with our luxury standards. From client vision to final delivery, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing elegant, innovative spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Supervise and coach a team of interior designers

• Maintain quality control across all project stages

• Conduct team meetings and foster a collaborative, creative environment

🔸 Design Development & Review

• Lead conceptual design, material selection, and presentation development

• Approve design proposals and finishes for high-end residential spaces

• Ensure all outputs reflect luxury, innovation, and client expectations

🔸 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with clients to understand design visions and project requirements

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to maintain design integrity

🔸 Project Management

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations and ensure alignment with approved designs

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, codes, and standards

🔸 Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, technologies, and sustainability practices

• Incorporate best practices and future-forward thinking into design execution

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity

• Proven track record in luxury residential design

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities

• Ability to manage multiple site-based projects efficiently

• Keen attention to detail, creativity, and innovation

• Knowledge of sustainable design and local building codes is a plus

• Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred
