Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer & Sales Consultant to join our retail showroom team in the UAE. This hybrid role involves providing expert design consultations while driving sales through exceptional client service and product knowledge.

• Greet and assist walk-in clients, offering design advice tailored to their needs

• Develop customized interior design concepts with a focus on kitchens, doors, tiles, and outdoor spaces

• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent to present visual proposals and layouts

• Achieve showroom sales targets through effective product presentations and closing techniques

• Take site measurements, prepare quotations, and manage end-to-end sales documentation

• Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to ensure timely project execution

• Maintain an up-to-date and visually appealing showroom environment aligned with current trends

• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in interior design and/or sales, preferably in retail or home improvement

• Solid knowledge of kitchen layouts, doors, tiles, and outdoor design solutions

• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service abilities

• Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Indian nationality preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is an advantage
