Job Title: Interior Designer 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical proficiency and hands-on project management experience in interior design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, producing detailed drawings, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Concept Development:

• Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client objectives.

• Prepare design documentation including floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.

• Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Vray, and Corona Render.

2. Client Engagement:

• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.

• Incorporate client feedback into designs and maintain regular communication throughout the project.

3. Project Coordination:

• Manage the full lifecycle of design projects from concept to completion.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals within timelines and budget.

• Handle procurement of materials and furnishings that reflect the design vision.

4. Site Oversight:

• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with the approved design.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

5. Technical Expertise & Trends:

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software tools.

• Deliver accurate technical drawings and professional-grade visual presentations.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all designs and executions comply with UAE standards and regulatory requirements.

• Secure necessary approvals and permits from relevant authorities.

7. Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams for cohesive project delivery.

• Share creative ideas and best practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Nationality: Open to candidates from India and the Philippines.

• Must currently reside in Dubai or within the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 2–3 years of proven UAE experience in interior design.

• Strong command of design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Vray, and Corona Render.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities and deadline-driven mindset.

• Sound understanding of UAE interior design regulations.
