This role requires a creative and client-focused professional who can handle interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will assist clients in material and furnishing selections, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and design objectives.

With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, the Interior Designer will play a critical role in shaping functional and visually appealing spaces for residential or commercial clients. The role also includes managing design software tools and collaborating with vendors and customers to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client goals, needs, and budget constraints

• Develop and present interior design plans using CAD and 3D design software

• Source and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

• Coordinate ordering and installation of design elements

• Maintain client relationships and contribute to client acquisition

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

• Stay updated on the product range and actively promote them to customers

• Establish cost estimates and project timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar interior design role

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design tools

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Sales-oriented mindset with client relationship experience
