KILONEWTONS, a multidisciplinary project management and engineering company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their award-winning design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury interiors, sustainable design, and cutting-edge aesthetics, with strong technical expertise in space planning and 3D visualization for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for high-end residential and commercial projects.

• Create mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications.

• Produce detailed technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

• Generate photorealistic 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Source and specify furniture, lighting, and finishes in alignment with project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage projects from initial concept through to installation and completion.

• Stay updated on global design trends and innovative materials.

• Ensure all designs meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the UAE or GCC markets.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and V-Ray.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and custom furniture design.

• Experience working on luxury residential and hospitality projects.

• Excellent space planning and visualization skills.

• Understanding of Dubai building regulations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.

• Strong presentation and client communication abilities.
