The company is seeking an Interior Designer who sees space as narrative, not just layout. The role involves creating branded art programs, developing visual strategies, and collaborating with production teams to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support 3-day Concept Labs to transform hotel visions into branded art narratives.
• Create concept boards, pitch decks, and visual strategies for hotel GMs and design firms.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers for on-site execution.
• Translate guest touchpoints into unforgettable visual moments.
• Propose new themes and layout strategies for the growing art collection.

Skills Required:

• 3–6 years of experience in hospitality or branded commercial interiors.
• Portfolio showcasing conceptual storytelling, not just technical execution.
• Strong FF&E knowledge, moodboarding, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC; Revit/AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication and pitch skills.
• Open to hybrid setup (remote work with quarterly trips to Dubai, expenses covered).
