This full-time, on-site role requires handling IP matters, litigation documents, and business development initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of IP transactions for large client portfolios
• Provide consultancy services and advise in-house and international clients
• Handle routine IP matters, including proposals, prosecution, and maintenance of applications
• Prepare litigation, infringement, cancellation, and opposition documents
• Analyze watch notices and search reports
• Review products and marketing materials for IP concerns
• Conduct educative webinars, workshops, and presentations on IP matters
• Develop and maintain a trained, efficient legal team
• Assist with IP-related administrative tasks

Skills Required:

• Law graduate with 10–15 years of experience in IP consulting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent vocabulary and writing proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines efficiently
• Professional, presentable, and adaptable personality
• Willingness to travel on short notice
