RAPP MENA, a leading data-driven marketing agency, is seeking an Integrated Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of technology and marketing initiatives across regional and global clients. The role involves managing digital platforms, marketing technology, system integrations, and cross-functional project delivery, ensuring projects meet client objectives with high standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle delivery of technical and marketing projects, including CRM, marketing automation, web development, and data integration.

Define project scopes, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress and address deviations.

Allocate resources effectively, balance team workloads, and plan capacity to prevent bottlenecks.

Coordinate workflows between internal teams (account, data, creative, strategy) and client partners.

Serve as technical expert on martech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, Meta) and oversee integrations.

Act as primary technical point of contact for clients and manage third-party vendors.

Implement delivery best practices, QA, governance, and post-launch support.

Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
8+ years’ experience in technical delivery, project management, or digital solutions leadership in agencies, consultancies, or tech firms.

Proven ability to manage multi-market, multi-platform technology projects.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, web development, APIs, and data platforms.
-
Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar preferred.
