Mashreq is currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Specialist to join its Retail Banking Group (RBG), focusing on insurance sales. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about delivering personalized financial services and driving customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with unbiased, competent, and timely financial advice on insurance products.

  • Offer seamless end-to-end insurance services while exceeding client expectations.

  • Build long-term relationships through excellent service and trust-building.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge across life and general insurance offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and issue resolution.

  • Drive sales targets while maintaining customer-centric standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or retail banking is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, especially insurance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting, and data management is a plus.
