SSBZHospital, in collaboration with M42, is hiring an Insurance Officer to support daily revenue cycle operations such as claims processing, preauthorizations, and financial reporting. Ideal for professionals experienced in hospital insurance procedures and coding compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance and corporate claims in accordance with contracts for timely reimbursements.

• Provide insurance verification and preauthorization support to patients and staff.

• Ensure accurate insurance data entry and billing compliance.

• Maintain and manage claims records, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate interdepartmentally.

• Analyze claim denials, bad debts, and prepare related performance reports.

• Assist in developing insurance-related processes and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital-based insurance role.

• Experience with Long-Term Care and resubmissions.

• Must hold a Coding Certificate from AAPC or AHIMA.

• Familiarity with UAE healthcare billing and insurance systems is preferred.
