Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Medical Insurance Broker to join a leading B2B insurance consultancy based in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in corporate health insurance, employee benefits, and risk profiling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing tailored insurance packages for corporate clients, handling renewals, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving new business across the UAE insurance market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
    Engage with corporate clients to assess risks, coverage needs, and operational gaps. Deliver strategic insurance solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Customized Policy Development:
    Create tailored insurance packages with a mix of medical and general coverage. Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms.

  • Renewal & Policy Management:
    Lead the renewal process, track policy performance, and provide consultative support on usage, claims, and compliance.

  • Market Research & Intelligence:
    Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes (DHA, HAAD), product updates, and market movements to offer clients proactive guidance.

  • Business Development:
    Attend industry events, build new client pipelines, and expand market reach through relationship-based selling and consultative engagement.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
    3–7 years in medical insurance or employee benefits brokerage in the UAE
    Proven B2B client portfolio management and consultative sales background
    Experience with top brokers (e.g. Marsh, Bayzat, Howden, AFIA, Pacific Prime)

  • Education & Certification:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or Healthcare
    Insurance Authority license or certifications such as CII, LOMA, DHA accreditation are highly preferred

  • Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of group medical insurance, corporate benefits, and UAE insurance regulations

    • Excellent negotiation, sales, and presentation skills

    • Strong CRM and insurance systems proficiency

    • High emotional intelligence and client servicing excellence
