Job Role:
We are seeking experienced and bilingual Instructional Designers & Technologists (English & Arabic) to register as verified professionals on our platform. This is a freelance / project-based opportunity, remote-friendly, ideal for independent consultants, educators, or content creators looking to expand their regional visibility and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learner-focused instructional content using models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.

• Integrate modern digital tools and platforms (LMS, authoring tools, AI, analytics) into course frameworks.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform raw content into compelling learning experiences.

• Use learning analytics and feedback to refine instructional strategy and evaluate impact.

• Digitize and migrate training content across e-learning platforms.

• Develop responsive content suitable for desktop, mobile, and hybrid learning environments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and digital learning technologies.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Proficient in tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.

• Strong understanding of LMS platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, or Docebo.

• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning standards.

• Experience in content UX/UI for multilingual learning audiences.

• Educational background or certifications in instructional design, educational technology, or L&D are preferred.
