Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent practical experience

1+ year experience in instructional design or adult learning principles

Understanding of instructional design processes

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in adult learning theory

Experience developing diverse learning materials: course content, job aids, facilitator guides
-
Skills in training program implementation and evaluation
-
Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate and Evolve
-
Strong organizational and information-tracking abilities

Responsibilities:
-
Design and develop instructor-led and self-study learning content
-
Support all phases of the curriculum lifecycle: analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance
-
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure engaging and accurate content
-
Research and integrate emerging educational technologies (wikis, blogs, mobile, etc.)

Maintain and update course descriptions, syllabi, and other educational assets
