The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Inspector – Vehicles Monitoring & Passengers Transport to ensure compliance with transport regulations and provide public safety oversight. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring passenger transport services, inspecting vehicles, issuing fines, and maintaining detailed reports. The Inspector will work closely with the franchising and enforcement department to uphold transportation standards across the Emirate of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles in areas with public complaints and prepare reports for the direct supervisor.

Monitor vehicle operations, ensuring internal and external cleanliness.

Document offenses and attach them to the irregularities box of the franchising and enforcement department.

Receive and follow daily work schedules from the supervisor.

Shift between locations to follow up on offenders involved in passenger smuggling and issue fines.

Verify drivers’ permits and ensure compliance with professional transport regulations.

Inspect contracts between luxury companies, hotels, and bus/transportation companies.

Conduct periodic field inspections on foot in high-risk areas.

Follow up and monitor passenger transport to prevent violations across Dubai.

Issue electronic fines against offenders.

Verify vehicle side numbers to ensure they match registered plate numbers.

Prepare reports on daily work challenges and operational obstacles.

Key Requirements:

High School Certificate (Secondary Education).

UAE nationality only.

Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce regulations effectively.

Ability to work independently and in the field under various conditions.

Knowledge of vehicle and passenger transport regulations is a plus.
