We are looking for a skilled Inspector – Mechanical to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract documents, conducting site inspections, and monitoring quality control during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and safety measures.

• Ensure contractor compliance with standards and specifications through observation, measurement, and testing.

• Maintain records of daily resources, including manpower and equipment.

• Conduct site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).

• Document activities, personnel, equipment, and materials delivery.

• Implement site instructions and quality controls as per the leader’s guidance.

• Monitor quality, performance, and safety on construction sites.

• Perform inspections and monitor health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design requirements and installation processes.

• Experience in site operations and construction supervision.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Competence in report writing and presenting views clearly in English.

• Detailed knowledge of construction techniques and building codes.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the MEA region.

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
