Job Title: Inspector Architect

Job Overview:

KEO International Consultants is looking for a highly skilled Architectural Inspector to join its project team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires technical expertise in architectural inspections, site monitoring, and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Site Inspections & Compliance:

• Review and respond to Inspection Requests (IRs) from contractors.

• Ensure shop drawings and specifications align with approved project requirements.

• Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.

• Prepare Surveillance Reports & Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when needed.

✅ Technical Coordination & Issue Resolution:

• Identify and report deficiencies in construction and suggest corrective actions.

• Ensure effective coordination between architectural work and other disciplines.

• Provide technical expertise to resolve on-site challenges.

✅ Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily activity logs, progress photos, and inspection records.

• Assist in preparing reports on project progress, compliance, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
✔ 5+ years of experience in architectural site inspections.
✔ Experience in villa projects within the UAE is preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of QCS standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
✔ Excellent technical reporting and coordination skills.
