NETSCOUT is looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves providing critical sales support to accelerate the sales cycle. The position requires close collaboration with the sales team and various business stakeholders, offering presales support, managing purchase orders, and post-booking customer relations to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide presales support, including opportunity/quote creation and risk analysis

• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver sales strategies and technical support

• Assist with purchase order (PO) booking and support the order operations team

• Manage post-booking relationships with customers and partners, emphasizing issue resolution

• Support key clients and resellers as part of a strategic sales plan

• Improve sales processes to increase productivity and revenue while ensuring accurate forecasting

• Maintain a thorough understanding of NETSCOUT products, technology, sales, and competition

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or equivalent

• 5+ years in the networking industry, with experience supporting Fortune 1000 companies

• Proven experience with Salesforce.com and sales operations

• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to influence key stakeholders
