🎯 Position: Inside Sales Executive

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (All-inclusive) + High Commission
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Drive elite membership sales for The Rufescent’s exclusive club hotel and preferred programs.

Engage in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead conversion.

Target CEOs, HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders across key sectors.

Build and manage high-value partnerships with banks, real estate agencies, and corporate networks.

Attend premium business networking events and conduct VIP-level sales meetings.
-
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, hotel sales, or membership clubs.

Strong B2B and B2C sales acumen with experience selling to high-net-worth clients.

A natural networker with access to Dubai’s elite business circles.

Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals and achieving sales goals.

Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
