Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive who excels in a fast-paced environment to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to drive revenue growth. Experience in CRM/ERP sales and working with international clients will be a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do:

Generate leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, social media outreach, and networking

Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions

Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to discuss business needs

Qualify leads to ensure alignment with client requirements and company solutions

Maintain and expand a client database while tracking all activities using CRM platforms

Create tailored sales presentations and proposals to address client challenges

Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Collaborate with channel partners to maximize growth opportunities

Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to refine pitch strategies and optimize lead conversion
Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in CRM/ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)

Proven success working with international clients and C-level decision-makers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiation, sales pitching, and relationship-building abilities

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus)
