Job Title: Inside Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive who excels in a fast-paced environment to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to drive revenue growth. Experience in CRM/ERP sales and working with international clients will be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, social media outreach, and networking

  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to discuss business needs

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with client requirements and company solutions

  • Maintain and expand a client database while tracking all activities using CRM platforms

  • Create tailored sales presentations and proposals to address client challenges

  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with channel partners to maximize growth opportunities

  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to refine pitch strategies and optimize lead conversion

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in CRM/ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)

  • Proven success working with international clients and C-level decision-makers

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation, sales pitching, and relationship-building abilities

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus)

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for sales, technology, and driving digital transformation

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
