The Opportunity

KEO is currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Inspector to join its team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and inspecting infrastructure works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) in a timely manner

• Verify shop drawings against contract documents, specifications, local codes, and international standards

• Inspect ongoing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements

• Identify non-conforming works and report findings to relevant stakeholders

• Monitor site safety, health, and environmental compliance

• Maintain daily site records, reports, and photographic documentation

• Prepare surveillance reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required

• Ensure coordination between infrastructure works and other disciplines

• Provide technical support to resolve discipline-related site issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure inspection on major construction projects

• Strong experience in villa mixed-use developments

• Hands-on experience with deep and shallow services, utilities, and landscaping works

• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and site safety regulations

• Strong reporting and documentation skills
