LNKD is hiring an experienced Information Technology Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in managing complex, high-impact technology projects—particularly in blockchain, crypto, or fintech environments. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, drive data-centric execution, and ensure timely delivery of projects that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Align project goals with broader business strategy in partnership with the Head of Products
• Manage multiple large-scale projects with robust tracking, risk management, and reporting systems
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using data-driven planning
• Oversee vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with technical leads to resolve architectural dependencies and bottlenecks
• Communicate progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications (preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in blockchain, crypto, or tech sectors
• Proven track record managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery
• Experience in vendor management and SLA enforcement

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, wallets, DEXs, and staking platforms (preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage dependencies and resources
• Data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring
• Experience in technical problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
