Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled IT Procurement Specialist responsible for sourcing and managing vendors and service providers for all IT-related products and services, including software licensing and hardware solutions. This role involves close collaboration with the IT department to ensure alignment between technical requirements and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the internal IT team to understand technical needs and provide suitable procurement solutions

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and infrastructure

• Identify and evaluate technology vendors; negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and service levels

• Prepare, review, and manage vendor contracts ensuring legal and policy compliance

• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, new technologies, and potential suppliers

• Support in preparing and managing IT procurement budgets for cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor IT inventory and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages

• Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and IT regulations

• Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks such as supplier disruptions and data security issues

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Certification in Hardware and Networking

• Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation

• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and current technology trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience with procurement software/tools and documentation processes
