Our client, a renowned global real estate services provider, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Business Partner to support their digital transformation initiatives across the Middle East. The company specializes in advisory, management, and transactional services in commercial, residential, and mixed-use property sectors.
As part of a major ERP-focused digital transformation program, this role will bridge business operations and technology by acting as the key liaison between IT and real estate business units, as well as Finance and HR stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Head of IT Business Partners for the EME region.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the strategic IT contact for Middle East business units, ensuring tech alignment with business goals.

Lead business analysis to identify challenges and propose tech-driven solutions.

Manage end-to-end IT projects including vendor selection and delivery.

Recommend and support tools such as CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.

Drive change management and user adoption strategies.

Handle vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and support IT budget planning.

Mitigate IT-related risks and ensure data security and disaster recovery.

Promote continuous improvement of IT services and system performance.

Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in IT rollouts.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or certifications like PMP/ITIL are a plus).

Minimum 5 years in IT or operational roles, including 3 years as an IT business partner (preferably within real estate, property, or consulting sectors).

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-departmental IT projects.

Deep understanding of real estate sector operations and technologies.
Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint proficiency.

Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI), CRMs, ERPs, and cloud-based tools.

Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus.

Strong data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
