Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Information Security Operations Manager to lead Chalhoub Group’s global Security Operations Centre (SOC). This role will manage a hybrid operational model—balancing in-house resources and managed service providers—to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across global operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the security, resilience, and compliance of Chalhoub’s digital infrastructure while supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 global SOC activities, driving threat detection, response, and resolution.

• Oversee a hybrid team model, managing both internal analysts and external MSSP providers.

• Develop and enforce standardized incident response procedures aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and MITRE ATT&CK.

• Coordinate large-scale security incidents, forensic investigations, and legal/compliance collaboration.

• Design and execute tabletop exercises and cyber crisis simulations across departments.

• Implement and optimize advanced security technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP).

• Ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity tools across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise environments.

• Define and monitor security KPIs and SLAs to measure and improve SOC performance.

• Prepare and present strategic reports and incident analysis to executive leadership.

• Foster strong collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.

• Develop and lead a high-performing team through mentoring, training, and career development.

• Build a culture of proactive security awareness and readiness across the Group.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity managing global incident response or SOC teams.

• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity platforms: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence, and cloud security tools.

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, MITRE ATT&CK.

• Proven experience with large-scale security incidents, forensics, and hybrid team management.

• Excellent leadership, cross-functional communication, and crisis management skills.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
