Join Chalhoub Group, the Middle East’s leading luxury brand partner, as an Information Security Operations Manager. In this critical role, you will lead global security operations across hybrid environments, managing in-house and outsourced teams to ensure timely detection, containment, and response to cybersecurity threats. You will play a pivotal part in strengthening Chalhoub Group’s digital defense across its extensive luxury retail and e-commerce ecosystem.

As the guardian of our digital infrastructure, you will drive the evolution of our SOC capabilities, champion cyber resilience, and ensure full alignment with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Your leadership will shape global incident response, security awareness, and cross-functional collaboration across business units and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 global Security Operations Centre (SOC) for real-time threat detection and response

• Manage a hybrid model of in-house teams and MSSPs to optimize cybersecurity operations

• Develop and implement playbooks, incident response frameworks, and mitigation strategies

• Drive crisis simulations and readiness programs across departments

• Implement advanced tools: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.

• Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders to align cyber strategy with business goals

• Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and SOC effectiveness to executive leadership

• Ensure adherence to international cybersecurity and data protection standards

• Mentor and lead a distributed global team of analysts and engineers

Candidate Profile:

• 8–12 years of cybersecurity operations experience, including global incident response leadership

• Expertise in SOC management, threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint and cloud security

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP security practices

• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and GDPR

• Proven experience handling major security incidents and cyber crisis response

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or similar
