About the Role:
As the AI & Cybersecurity Lead, you will spearhead Chalhoub Group’s efforts to integrate secure, compliant, and ethical AI practices across its luxury retail operations. Your mission will be to protect AI systems and sensitive data, ensure adherence to regional and international regulations, and drive innovation in AI-driven security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a robust AI security strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

• Integrate AI-powered security tools into existing cybersecurity architecture, ensuring resilience and scalability.

• Establish frameworks for secure AI model development, deployment, and lifecycle management, leveraging NIST AI RMF and CSA guidelines.

• Collaborate with data governance teams to uphold privacy, ethical standards, and compliance with laws such as GDPR and UAE Data Protection Law.

• Implement advanced data protection techniques, including encryption, anonymization, and strict access controls.

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks from adversarial AI, data leakage, and model poisoning.

• Lead AI-specific risk assessments and threat modeling initiatives.

• Monitor regulatory developments, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53, EU AI Act, and UAE AI Ethics Guidelines.

• Promote responsible AI usage through training, awareness programs, and cross-department collaboration.

• Represent Chalhoub Group in AI security forums, hackathons, and regulatory discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or AI Security Practitioner.

• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML models, pipelines, and systems against adversarial threats.

• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong knowledge of LLMs (Gemini, Llama, GPT) and frameworks like LangChain, as well as vector databases (Pinecone, Faiss).

• Deep understanding of AI ethics, compliance frameworks, and security governance.
