Zutari is seeking a skilled Information Manager to lead data and document management across engineering design projects. This role focuses on developing information management strategies, administering common data environments (CDEs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an information management strategy aligned with Zutmap project data flows.

• Administer project-specific CDEs and cloud collaboration platforms with a focus on security and compliance.

• Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and integrity of project data and documentation.

• Promote collaboration through information-sharing tools and best practices.

• Conduct audits and quality checks on 3D models and data to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure projects follow ISO 19650 and project-specific information protocols.

• Train project teams on CDE use and effective information practices.

• Collaborate with BIM Manager, coordinators, clients, and IT on project data needs and backup plans.

• Monitor evolving data privacy laws and information management technologies.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 7817 standards.

• Experience with CDE platforms and information management tools.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data security and accuracy.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with BIM and data analytics tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in information management within engineering design or related industries.

• Proven track record in managing project information workflows and systems.

• Demonstrated ability to support large multi-stakeholder design projects.
