AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Information Manager for their Middle East delivery team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing information management and digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the field of BIM and information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for information management and digital delivery for both clients and contractors

• Oversee the production, storage, sharing, and exploitation of digital content according to client and business requirements

• Review and approve Information Management documents like BIM execution plans, Level Of Information Need, and federation strategies

• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and manage project Common Data Environment (CDE)

• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection and resolution

• Develop and maintain project progress reports regarding information management and digital delivery

• Lead the Information Management team and allocate resources efficiently

• Support global and regional digital initiatives and ISO19650 certification

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering

• 12+ years’ experience in the AEC industry

• 8+ years’ experience in the digital delivery of complex projects, including BIM

• 3+ years’ experience in Rail/Metro projects, preferably in the Middle East

• Information Management certification (e.g., BRE, Operam Academy, RICS)

• Expertise with BIM tools (Autodesk, Bentley), CDE platforms (BIM360, ProjectWise), and data visualization (PowerBI)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
