Influencer Marketing Manager

Ounass, the premier luxury e-commerce platform in the Middle East, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the growth of their influencer ecosystem across the GCC. This role requires a strategic and data-driven leader to shape and execute influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop influencer marketing strategies for mega, macro, and mid-tier influencers, while overseeing micro and nano influencer initiatives through automated platforms. Stay ahead of trends in the GCC and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with teams to define KPIs focused on ROAS, CAC, and conversions.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, briefing, and execution of paid influencer campaigns and viral activations. Ensure campaigns align with brand values and drive measurable results. Manage budgets to meet performance targets.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Use performance data to identify top-performing influencers, track ROAS, engagement, and provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights for future strategies.

  • Influencer Relations: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with regional influencers and KOLs, negotiate contracts, and manage deliverables to ensure value and alignment with brand goals.

  • Organic Gifting & Brand Buzz: Collaborate with the Brand team on gifting strategies to create organic reach, excitement, and track the impact on awareness and sales.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of account managers and analysts, ensuring cross-functional synergy with Marketing, Social, Creative, and PR teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

  • Experience: 7+ years in influencer or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty, or luxury. Proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue through influencer campaigns.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the GCC social and digital landscape, excellent analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and influencer platforms, strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
