Seeniun Properties, a leading real estate company based in Dubai, is seeking a creative and dynamic Real Estate Influencer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their social media presence and content creation skills to promote our property listings and engage with potential buyers, investors, and sellers.

Job Description:
As a Real Estate Influencer, your main responsibilities will include creating captivating real estate content such as videos, reels, stories, blogs, and live sessions across multiple social media platforms. You will develop property tours, market updates, and investment insights, helping to elevate the visibility of luxury and off-plan properties. Collaboration with photographers, videographers, and digital marketers will be essential to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging real estate content (videos, reels, stories, blogs, live sessions).

• Develop high-quality property tours, market updates, and investment insights.

• Support the marketing team by providing consistent short videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Promote luxury and off-plan properties through creative video content.

• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and digital marketers to produce top-tier real estate materials.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Proven experience as a social media influencer and content creator.

• Strong knowledge of real estate trends, investment opportunities, and buyer behavior.

• Expertise in content creation on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Having a large and engaged follower base is a strong advantage.

• Valid driving license to commute to property locations.
