Milele is seeking an Influence & Branding Consultant / Personal Brand Strategist to join their Dubai office. The role focuses on building, managing, and elevating the personal brand of the company’s founder and leadership across multiple verticals — automotive, car rental, real estate, and tech. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and proven expertise in personal branding and content strategy to strengthen digital presence and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:

Define and upscale the personal brand strategy across verticals, ensuring consistent tone and voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.

Develop a positioning framework that ties personal brand values to overall business goals.

Create and manage content calendars for multimedia content, including short-form, long-form, and thought-leadership pieces.

Collaborate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.

Drive digital growth, influence, and engagement across platforms.

Monitor analytics, optimize performance, and leverage emerging trends.

Work with cross-functional teams to align branding strategy with company campaigns.

Advise senior leadership on visibility opportunities such as events, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

Manage external agencies or freelancers when required.
Skills & Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in content strategy, personal branding, or digital marketing across multiple industries.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Track record in building or scaling personal brands (executives, influencers, or thought leaders).

Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-vertical environment.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month
