Novonesis is looking for an Industry Technical Specialist – Household Care to support its technical and formulation expertise in Turkey and the Middle East region. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to provide technical insights, drive innovation, and develop detergent formulations for the household care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide market-specific technical and formulation expertise in household care.
✅ Act as a technical advisor to sales teams, sharing best practices and industry insights.
✅ Engage in high-impact meetings with key customers, guiding their R&D teams.
✅ Collaborate with HHC labs to develop proof-of-concept solutions for customer needs.
✅ Build strong business relationships and partnerships within the industry.

Job Requirements:

📌 Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related science field (Bachelor’s in Engineering also accepted).
📌 8-10 years of experience in the household care industry, with expertise in detergent formulation.
📌 Strong knowledge of surfactants, builders, and specialty ingredients.
📌 Ability to conduct technical discussions and inspire customer innovation.
📌 Excellent networking skills to engage with customers, academia, and industrial associations.
📌 Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
📌 French language skills are a plus.
📌 Location: Based in Dubai or Turkey.
