Key Responsibilities:

Engage with mid- and senior-level executives at enterprise clients to identify opportunities through consultative, scenario-based sales.

Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with specific oil and gas industry challenges, goals, and digital maturity levels.

Lead insight development into key operational scenarios, offering industry consulting and crafting effective solution proposals.

Map the regional oil & gas digital ecosystem to identify, onboard, and scale capable local partners in alignment with expansion strategies.

Integrate internal and external resources across product portfolios—including ICT integration services, multi-scenario applications, and consulting—to deliver impactful, client-centric solutions.

Drive adoption of Huawei products and solutions through strategic alignment with industry-specific digital needs.

Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the full sales and implementation cycle of industry solution projects.
Skills & Requirements:
Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of operations, challenges, and digital demands in the oil and gas sector.

Familiarity with industry-standard ICT procurement models, decision-making processes, and digital ecosystems.

Knowledge of key ICT technologies and trends: Datacom, data storage, computing, cloud, AI, and their real-world applications in oil and gas.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (e.g., with oil companies, EPCs, service providers, or TSIs).

Proven experience in digital transformation or ICT solution delivery within oil & gas.

Strong consultative sales and industry project development skills.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrated project management capabilities—task planning, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.

Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
