Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in and phone-in customers, helping them choose from our premium range of fresh and frozen meats. You’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from inquiry to delivery — while ensuring top-notch customer service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and phone-in inquiries, providing expert product advice and ensuring a smooth customer journey from order to delivery.

Maintain deep product knowledge on all meat cuts, quality grades, and packaging to offer tailored recommendations.

Drive B2C sales by proactively engaging with existing clients, conducting follow-ups, and improving inquiry-to-sale conversion rates.

Coordinate closely with the inventory team to ensure stock availability, proper product rotation, and visually appealing displays in-store.

Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Qualifications:

Open to Female candidates of Asian and Arabic nationalities, aged 38 or below.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the food, meat, or FMCG industry.

Strong upselling and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
