Job Title: Inclusive Learning & Accessibility Manager

About the Role:
Black & Grey HR is partnering with a distinguished university in the UAE to hire an Inclusive Learning & Accessibility Manager. This strategic leadership role is dedicated to fostering an inclusive academic environment for students with disabilities. The successful candidate will champion accessibility, implement inclusive policies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure equitable support and opportunity for all students.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategic frameworks that support and empower students with disabilities.

Lead campus-wide initiatives to improve inclusivity, accessibility, and universal design in academic and campus life.

Manage and oversee support services, including academic accommodations, assistive technologies, and personal support plans.

Conduct orientation programs to help new students with disabilities navigate university life effectively.

Act as a key advocate for students with disabilities, ensuring their academic, social, and physical needs are addressed.

Build strong partnerships with academic departments to ensure accessibility is embedded in curriculum and campus facilities.

Collaborate with external organizations, advocacy groups, and community partners to enhance available services.

Plan and execute awareness events and workshops promoting disability inclusion and sensitivity.

Oversee the center’s operational budget, including grant sourcing and financial management.

Ensure compliance with local and international accessibility laws and standards; maintain detailed reporting on center performance.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of programs and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Certification or professional license in psychology is highly preferred.

7–10 years of experience in counseling or psychological services, with a minimum of 5 years directly supporting individuals with disabilities.

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
