Ceenex Global LLC is seeking an Incident Manager with at least 10 years of experience to manage incident response activities for their client in Dubai, UAE. The role involves overseeing the entire incident management process from detection to resolution, performing business impact analysis, conducting post-incident reviews, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The Incident Manager will work closely with cross-functional IT teams to improve the incident management process and minimize disruptions to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Oversee the incident management process, from detection to resolution.

Perform business impact analysis to categorize and prioritize incidents.
-
Handle incident triage and communication throughout the process.

Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
-
Proactively monitor and identify potential incidents.

Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, development teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage incidents.

Perform trend analysis and provide regular reports to management.

Support the Problem Management team after incident closure.

Maintain and update the Incident Management process documentation and records.
Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in incident management within a complex IT environment.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.

Expertise in problem-solving and attention to detail.

Familiarity with the ITIL framework and incident management best practices.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
