Sara Ariadna, a company specializing in fitness and wellness coaching, is looking for an empathetic and results-driven Inbound Setter to join their remote team. This freelance, flexible-hours role involves qualifying inbound leads via Instagram DMs, maintaining CRM records, and converting prospects into sales opportunities. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on client transformation and business growth.

This is a remote, full-time position offering €500 to €3,000/month depending on performance and lead conversions. Ideal for candidates who have a strong grasp of fitness/nutrition basics and are familiar with digital communication and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and qualify inbound leads via Instagram direct messages

• Build meaningful relationships with leads and guide them through the sales funnel

• Organize lead data efficiently using CRM tools like Airtable or Excel

• Suggest improvements to optimize lead conversion and user experience

• Maintain communication through platforms such as WhatsApp, Drive, and Zoom

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of fitness, training, and nutrition

• Education or background in marketing, sales, or NLP preferred

• Strong written communication skills with empathy and clarity

• Experience using Instagram for lead generation and engagement

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Excel, Airtable, ManyChat, and others

• Availability of 3–4 hours per day, consistently

Compensation and Benefits:

• €40 per closed lead

• After the first month (upon reaching KPIs): base salary + €40 per closed lead
