This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a flair for guest service, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Food & Beverage team, you’ll be the first point of contact for in-room dining guests, ensuring every order is handled with precision, warmth, and FIVE’s signature style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process in-room dining orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Maintain exceptional telephone etiquette and guest communication
• Collaborate with departments such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure seamless service
• Upsell menu items and provide personalized recommendations
• Handle cashier duties and reservations for other dining venues when needed
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the in-room dining area
• Attend training sessions and team briefings to stay aligned with FIVE’s service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and escalating issues appropriately
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, fire, and safety protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
• Familiarity with POS systems and in-room dining procedures
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A polished, professional appearance in line with FIVE’s grooming standards
