Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Import and Export Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UAE customs procedures, trade compliance, shipping logistics, and international documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customs clearance processes, including registration and use of Dubai Trade and Federal Customs Authority (FCA) platforms.

• Prepare and process essential trade documents, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (COO), and HS Codes.

• Ensure compliance with UAE trade laws, including obtaining necessary permits (e.g., Ministry of Health, MOIAT, Food Control Authority) for restricted and regulated items.

• Coordinate shipments and logistics with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle import duties, VAT calculations, exemptions, and related documentation.

• Utilize ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, and UAE customs portals for operations management.

• Manage banking and payment documentation including Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and Cash Against Documents (CAD).

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in import/export operations within the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of traded goods and regulations in target markets.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
