Resume.ae, in collaboration with ASPIRE MENA, is hiring an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead solution design, integration, and deployment across major government programs in the Middle East. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-performance, client-focused solutions. You’ll work both remotely and on-site, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and integrate advanced technical solutions
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project success
• Conduct on-site and remote implementations, including data conversions and system evaluations
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues (e.g., data corruption, network bottlenecks)
• Maintain detailed documentation, training materials, and a robust knowledge base
• Evaluate client infrastructure to ensure compatibility with solution requirements
• Provide post-implementation support and training to clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting integrated applications
• Strong knowledge of UML, multi-tiered architectures, and message queuing
• Proficiency in API interfaces and SQL (including writing queries)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results
